ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is not possible at the moment.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery (Finland) is not possible to choose at the moment.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days using established postal companies/carriers (For example Posti for Finland and Fennoscandia). Free shipping applies to orders shipping to many countries we ship to. We reserve the right to select the carrier with free shipping option.
FINLAND, BALTICS AND FENNOSCANDIA SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer optional 22€ flat rate shipping to some countries.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: EU, Switzerland, UK, Andorra, Liechtenstein, China, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Norway, Mexico
If you’re using provided options for calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KURUVAKKA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the possible shipping costs for the return.
Refunds and reshipment's are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kuruvakka@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Delivery and Pickup
All orders are shipped to the address provided (or pickup point provided during checkout.)
Packages must be picked up within the storage period specified by the delivery service (typically 7–14 days).
Failure to pick up the package within this time frame will result in the item being automatically returned to the sender.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned due to non-collection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional handling fees.
The order is not considered canceled if the customer fails to pick up the package.
Reshipping
Refunds for unclaimed items will be issued minus return shipping costs, if applicable.
If the customer requests the item to be reshipped, additional shipping fees will be charged.
