1. What is the warranty on your mechanical automatic watches?

All our mechanical automatic watches come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents or misuse of any kind. See the Terms of service for more detailed information.

2. How do I set the time and date on my mechanical automatic watch?

To set the time on your mechanical automatic watch, gently pull out the crown (the small knob on the side of the watch) to the second position. Rotate the crown clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the time. To set the date, continue rotating the crown until the desired date is displayed (or put the small knob in the first position and rotate until the desired date). Push the crown back in to its original position to secure the settings.

3. Are your watches water-resistant?

Yes, all our mechanical automatic watches are water-resistant. They have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM, which means they can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. However, they are not suitable for swimming or diving as per the 5 ATM rating.

4. Can I wear my watch while showering or bathing?

We do not recommend wearing your watch while showering or bathing, as prolonged exposure to water and steam can damage the internal components of the watch. It is best to remove your watch before any water-related activities.

5. How do I care for my mechanical automatic watch?

To keep your mechanical automatic watch in optimal condition, we recommend the following care tips:

  • Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures or sudden temperature changes.
  • Keep your watch away from magnetic fields, as they can affect the accuracy of the movement.
  • Clean your watch regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove dirt and oils.
  • Store your watch in a cool, dry place when not in use.

6. Can I return or exchange my watch if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the watch within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the watch is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at kuruvakka@gmail.com.

7. How long does shipping take?

Orders are generally processed within 14 business days. Once your order has been processed, the shipping time will depend on your location. For domestic orders within Finland, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 9 business days. For international orders, the delivery time can vary between 6 to 20 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery may vary. 

8. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to several countries, including for example EU countries. Possible shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use already established and known service providers. Tracking the shipments will be always provided if possible.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through shopify payment and major credit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal for added convenience and security.
